About ROYA

Roya Azadi is an Iranian New Zealander, currently working as Strategy Director at Paper Giant, an award-winning strategic design agency in Asia-Pacific. Roya has worked across the private, commercial, not-for-profit, philanthropic and government sectors and worked with organisations including World Vision, United Nations and Google. Previous to her career in strategic design, she has also worked in refugee visa law, creative advertising, written a book for Hardie Grant Publishing, and lectured in strategy and storytelling in masters programs. Today much of her work is about helping public sector clients imagine better futures for the people they serve.
